ibuprofen gives me 100% pain reduction, every time. usually don't need any to run, but when I do it's a good, solid need. but nsaid's are known to interfere with the maturation of myoblasts. be good to have something new with equivalent or better safety.

Patients need to be sedated when given this drug. It gives a very strong burning sensation (is based on capsaicin, i.e. hot chilli peppers). I suppose if the OA is really bad a patient may be ok with being knocked out every 3 months.
