agree wholeheartedly.

the good thing is the increasing public realization that public policy seems to preclude good governance when corporate interests are factored in. what is good for business does not necessary equate being good for the citizen or the environment.
basically, it washes out as government subsidization (corporate socialism...is that a funny coining of reword or what!) of inefficiencies, which will invariably cost us all the more with time.
any competitive advantages will be realized by the world's other middle classes when we forfeit the opportunity of the best sugar bio- fuel at the market's 'true' competitive pricing.

I am curious as to when the foreign ethanol 'road block' occurred. we have not a problem importing foreign oil, at least I do not think so...maybe I error?
