LIAR! Newsmax is a big fat liar too. The line they take out of context applied to a periopd of time when the US didn't even know there was an Ai Qaida, therefore it is irrelevant except as a historical matter. Bush knew damned well about Al Qaida and did absolutely nothing to protect us, and that is all hard facts, proven and confirmed under sworn oath testimony during the 9-11 Commission hearings. Bush did nothing. CLinton tried to kill Bin Laden many times. Bush let Osama go at Tora Bora and hasn't chased him since. Clinton was never offered Bin Laden. Quit lying, you creeps. Bush is the one you ought to be angry with about terrorism. He's made it much worse and let 9-11 happen. cheney too. Did you know Cheney was in the bunker before the attacks even started and lied about it? How's that for suspicious?
