I,too, withdrew what little support of Clinton was left once his lies were outed. But for Pete's sake...he was impeached for his lies. Libby a year from now will be wealthier than before he commited three felonies and free as a bird... This will not play well in middle America. Why didn't the President commute it to one year? Or six months? But no time?? Hey, lying is o.k. if you are connected. Think Scooter suspected that BEFORE he told the lie?? Could it have tempted him to lie, knowing no likely harm?
