Bush didn't pardon Libby. The $250,000 fine remains intact.

Looks like Bush heard from many of us, and may have had to wait till this minute to pardon Libby. Otherwise, too many people would have said he was trying to be the Court.

It's not a pardon. Libby is still a convicted felon.

What Bush did is commute the sentence.

The pardon will come as Bush is leaving the WH.
