LIAR. 1996 is irrelevant. Al Qaida did not exist until 1996 and the US government did not know it existed until the end of that year. Even then they did not know for sure they were responsible for any embassy bombings. That didn't happenin until 1997. Immediately, Clinton then went after them big-time.

Quit lying and smearing a great presdient who tried to kill Osama Bin Laden at least 150 times, while Bush tried zero times.
