Obviously that was the reason I had bought the stock and kept it even after it could not break past 4.50 or so.. twice if I remember.. The problem now has nothing to do with the 'potential' but all about the management incompetence and nepotist nature of it.. And instead of walking away from this deal with so many negatives (how can you put a price to something when you cannot trust the numbers) + the risk of delisting + the numbers of times they have announced imminent profitability without delivering that I have decided the risk outweighs the 'potential' .. so I have booked the loss.. If by some chance they do get their act together, nothing stops me from stepping up again.. However, I doubt it.. There are a lot of other places where one could make money.. One thing of note is MRVC is one of few companies that have actually never recovered after the crash.. They have coasted at investors' expense..
