From the snips I've seen here and there, I like House and his attitude. I just have this aversion to medical shows, although I can take the CSIs. I did like MASH and St. Elsewhere (I guess I was Ok in those days), but haven't watched any full ERs or episodes of "Greys Anatomy", and only a few minutes every now and then of the Zack Braff thing.

I did see a "Mr. Monk goes to the hospital" episode, but didn't give it five stars.
