The 1.9 billion comes from 900 million common shares and the new 1 billion preferred shares announced in the last 2 SEC filings.

Do you think an argument could be made that the use of S8 shares to pay for goods and services, and the subsequent sale of those shares by the recipients into the market, is in effect DILUTION? Whether ACHI sells the shares directly or hands them to others who do the same, the net effect is dilution, isn't it?

hey rhoshariasha, will the R/S also mean there will be less shares to short also?
seems the timing of doing a reverse split into a company with rising revenue for two quarters in a row and a third expected is a good plan.
hope we here about oil pipe talks. Walther said on numerous occasions that he thought oil pipe would materialize in advance of automotive. and the last interview sounded more like significant success in the automotive programs.
if it wasn't for the stupid share price, all this news would be sounding great! LOL
