If I ever get to Rock Springs (what an interesting name)I'm going to go to the cafe' and have some pie. That Pecan Pie I had near WDC was killer too. Some folks just have a magic touch when it comes to making pies. A friend of a friend got up every morning at 3 am to make pies for a local restaurant. Hers were great too, but I don't think she made Pecan Pie. She was more into the cream and fruit variety.
