LIAR! Clinton did not say that. You are a big fat liar. In 1996 we didn't even know if Osama Bin Laden was guilty of anything. Clinton said maybe he should have had the Saudis take him, but since he had no clear evidence Osama was behind any of the bombings he couldn't, nor should he have. You A-holes need to quit lying about this. As soon as Clinton got evidence Osama and AQ was behind bombings he went after them tooth and nail, and the rightwing howled with complaints, acccusing him of trying to change the subject from Monica Lewinsky.
