Libby's appeal will go forward. I'd like to see him prevail in the end. He was targeted for prosecution because he worked for Cheney. When the prosecutor learned very early on the crime he'd been assigned to investigate hadn't been committed, he should have wrapped up his investigation. He continued just to get somebody for something.
