Gary, here's the statement directly from the last 10Q:

"As of May 18, 2007, the issuer had 39,031,943 outstanding shares of Common Stock."

I don't intend for you to take this as criticism, but just wanted to get the numbers straight, because that is about 25% more than 30M....which is a fairly significant difference IMO.

I know it may seam to you that I only post critical opinions here anymore; but that's not the case at all. I've just been trying to limit my posts to meaningful contributions in order not to clutter the board, so I only post if I have something new to share, or in this case direct references from filings to firm up the due diligence.

But please know that I hold you and this board in the highest regard among investment message boards. I've recommended a lot of friends watch this board for great ideas and open and honest sharing of good due diligence, primarily because of your excellent talent for finding great little companies early.....and now a few of those people are every day contributors here.....and I'm glad to see them also contributing and sharing in our successes here.

Happy 4th of July!
