Gary, understood. I just have a hard time with rounding sometimes, but I assume you're referring to this: Common stock at $0.0001 par value; 100,000,000 shares authorized; 34,847,209 shares issued and outstanding I guess I do get my "pants in a twist" about numbers sometimes. But as a scientist, I believe in significant digits....and their effects on accuracy and precision of calculated results. To me, there is a big difference between "34.8" and 34.80".....and to round 34,847,209 down to 30 just seams utterly nutty to me.....but I'm a geek. ....and in the meantime while I'm splitting hairs about the share count, the stock is up 40.18% :)
