your theory is silly BDS stuff since the Admin has commented on several aspects of the Libby case.

BTW: this is how i got banned by your cowardly friend. I called one of his posts stupid, and then went on to explain why. Instead of debating me, he cried about me insulting his post by calling it stupid. (I didn't realize he was actually a 7 year old girl). I called him on his cowardice and he banned me. Big whoop, huh?

Anyway, even though you've called my theory silly, somehow i'll soldier on and answer the substance of your post:

Often the administration has declined to comment for the very reason i stated.

But the far more important advantage of not pardoning Libby yet (the main thrust of the theory) is Libby retains his Fifth Amendment rights should congress want him to testify about the matter, and we all know they will...

Any comments on the main thrust of the theory?

Bush and Cheney are mocking the American legal system. People look at this and say - If I was convicted, I would serve the time and get no pardon but they go free because they have friends in high places.
