A second offense could result in the “business death penalty,” a permanent revocation of the state business license, effectively preventing a business from operating in the state. Jeez JCP, the only thing that will do is stop illegal immigration in Arizona. What we really need another 20,000 page bill from the US Congress that grants people citizenship if they can cartwheel back and forth across the border while singing the Star Spangled Banner.
