I don't think Libby would rat on the Boss. He went on the stand, lied and took the rap. Now the Boss got him off. The Bush Mafia Law of Omerta is very strong.

What double jeopardy? If Libby had been pardoned, congress could've gone at him full bore, no immunity, no nothing just a lot of tough questions, lots of political grandstanding, and lots of bad press for the administration.

Now there'll be none of that. Theory seems pretty solid to me.
