In Michigan. I am reminded again of how the people in the outlying cities of Detroit drive. The driving mentality is start, drive fast, stop or start, drive fast, weave in and out bumper to bumper, stop. Many have added a cell phone technique :) Place cell phone technique between drive fast and weave in and out - and that is the lower Michigan basic driving mentality. :) There are refinements to the above: Talk to passengers and let dog hang way out window to add two of probably three to ten more if one could be observant amidst prayer. Sheesh!
