Maybe Brown is not as dumb as I thought. The attacks in Britain are aimed at the general population, that includes a fair proportion of muslims. So does it say in the Koran it's OK to blow up muslims or what? How do you arrive at the conclusion that marginalizing (correctly too as stated, they kill anyone) the terrorists it is "losing the battle" ??????? Maybe if Bush and Chaney pump another couple of $trillion at the Iraq war, lose and maim many more tens of thousands of American lives, and kill millions more Iraqis and Iranians then can "up" the figure here from say 15% to 30%.
