Actually, I said minorities, most of whom are legal crooks, not illegal alien crooks. <G> In Houston, a cop can get fired for arresting an illegal alien.

in california, illegal aliens get state paid tuition at the same rater as legal residents. don't come here from oregon and expect the same rate, though.
