Way to go Turek...Let the Judge sort it out.

Put away the pom poms. They only make you look silly.

Turek claimed in a press release that Plasticon owned patents worth $20M ( see: Message 22805670 ). Turek used these patents as collateral to take out six figure loans-- loans he never paid off. The burden of proof, to show that he not only had controlled these patents but also that these patents had the value he claimed, is squarely on Turek. Unless Turek decides to answer the questions posed to him, there's nothing for the judge to sort out. Could it be that if Turek answers in a way contradictory to his press release, he knows he has given the SEC a smoking gun? Can you say "check mate"?

BTW, assuming you are truly a shareholder, don't you want to know if "your" company owns the patents and what their worth truly is?
