because usd fiat paper cash will rise against usd-space assets, and may even rise against other paper money before the actual money returns to yen-arena, eventually, causing the yen to rise, at some point, before dawn of teotwawki, whrn rmb rise 3x against usd congrats on homeward bound, perhaps just in nick of time and scratch of moment avoiding paper work of homeland is a pretty straightforward and no-brainer decision these days, even if not yet popular
