Just another layer that Bush has build. We're about due for another terrorist attack... it's been almost 6 years. The other 2 in our history were 8 years apart (done by the same guy who is still out there but Hussain and Iraq sure paid dearly).

After the next one we'll probably pay $60Billion and add another layer. And attack Iran even though they had nothing to do with it.

So it goes....
