Wonderful words for today. All is well, including my mother feeling well enough for me to bring her here for a steak and some apple pie. Just the two of us, then we'll hang out until she runs out of gas. She's only good for about 2 hours of this, but it will be nice for both of us.

Thank God for America and all we call "ours".
