I would agree with you if you could show a single document or PR where Turek said "I promise" and it didn't occur. In fact, just a single document or PR that said "I promise" will do. This is the Pinks. If one hasn't the seeds to play in the Pinks they shouldn't be here. I admit that Turek owes Murphy his money. But that isn't what Murphy really wants. He wants his baby back. He should have thought about that before he sold it. As for accomplishments... everyone has expectation of accomplishment when they start a business.
