It's kind of nice for the police. I bet they wish all bad boys would tattoo their faces with something that says "I'm likely to commit crimes" Problem is, when and if they grow up, removal will be a bitch. I love tattoos. Don't want one myself, and don't want my kids to have them, but tattooed skin, young skin, strikes me as very beautiful. My favorite are the Japanese irezumi and the Maori tattoos, but homegrown American stuff is also interesting. I liked the skull and scroll work that boy had on his neck. Very artistic.
