no worry...the courts would most likely award me costs since my accussations are borne out by your posts. ps the last person who tried to accuss me recieved a 14 month suspended sentence.no kidding.....

As I believe you have a sterling reputation, one whose value is extremely high not only because you are considered a technological visonary but also because you are a respectful and well regarded poster whose voice is always civil, I would charge you very little. About 25% of your recovery. Costs would be taken off the top. I wouldn't want to overcharge you in what appears a simple case to win. Be advised that I travel first class, stay at 4 star hotels, and require Cuban Cohibas when out of the country. I also consider single malt Scotch to be a mental simulant and will require a few bottles of Scotland's finest. I have opened a file and have instructed my staff to begin the process of collecting all defamatory information. I am currently on vacation. The soft waves lapping at the beach have relaxed me considerably. I shall return to your case after my holiday is over. I shall be refreshed and ready to eat meat. Nothing gives a lawyer more pleasure than the opportunity to pick someone's bones.
