You got me .. I posted before I read the entire thing. Symptom of the ADD and amphetamines my doctor has me on. Both the State Police and the woman had their day in court. The court found that the police had broken the law. The court found that the woman had not, beyond reasonable doubt, broken the law. The court found that the woman might have been breaking the law and the money might have been involved. Therefore: The police should keep the fruits of their illegal activity because: it MIGHT HAVE BEEN the fruit of the citizens illegal activity.
