She testified to congress that she was a covert agent, the CIA backs her up. Lying to congress is a felony. If you followed the story, you would know that all the evidence pointed to Cheney's office. You won't convince very many people except hard core Bushies, that Cheney wasn't involved. Also, when the outing occured Bush said he would get to get to the bottom of it and if anyone in the WH was responsible "they would be taken care of". He kept his word, Libby was taken care of. You can't convince me that if he wanted to, Bush couldn't have found out who was responsible in about 10 minutes....
