That number was a bit high and western Muslims do have lower birth rates. Muslim populations in Europe are however increasing and native European populations dwindling. Multiculturalism is fine as long as everybody can get along, but Europeans are very liberal and Islam isn't. They are going to have serious problems ahead settling their differences.
