"As for Plame being covert, i believe there's little or no doubt about that." Bill represented Fitzgerald's opinion. What you or I believe or doubt about Plame is irrelevant. If Bill's statement did not accurately reflect Fitzgerald's conclusion, Bill was wrong. He was being dishonest if it was wrong and he knew it when he posted. It is on him to substantiate his claim or admit error, either of which would clarify the point for me. Personally I got lost with the conflicting stories about Plame's status a while back. From the recent links you posted, which seem to be resolute, at least from Fitzgerald's judgments on the matter, I am convinced unless or until someone presents substantial evidence otherwise, she was covert.
