In reply to the question of whether the court rulings are or are not favorable to longs...

If one is a true long (i.e. one that believed in Turek and the future of the company-- that Plasticon owned the patents, was going to be on uplisted, was profitable, was being destroyed by naked shorts, etc.), then the rulings are a sigh of relief because finally the truth will be told.

If one is a faux long (i.e. someone who doesn't care about Plasticon itself, but rather whether shares of PLNI will go up not down regardless of whether Plasticon the company is paradise or a den of thieves), then the ruling is bad since the current depositions are likely the tip of the iceberg and will much delay the resolution of the bankruptcy proceedings.

IMO.
