I think its a big deal that arab doctors would engage in a conspiracy to kill innocents with bombs filled with nails. I would like to think that Pakistani and Indian Muslim doctors, particularly those who are Brits, would abhor this tactic. I find it shocking that folks in the medical field who are the folks who would be repairing the damage caused by these weapons without regard to who the victims are, could plan such a thing.
