I doubt that he was advised not to comment on the patents at a Meeting of Creditors, by counsel, but you can believe that if you want.

He had already trumpeted patent ownership and their $16-20 million value in press releases.

Our patents were recently valued at $16 million, and were validated by the federal courts of the United States.
