US has plenty of foreign doctors. Its like the farm workers. Many Dr. jobs are not fit for americans any longer. Hours too long, no golf and litigous society makes the pay not so good anymore. Drs kids always used to go into Dads field. Now they go for the MBAs and we import the indians here. This is little different than mexican laborers being brought in to do work, no native would do.

Update, it was reported today that at least two of the doctors who conspired to terrorize the UK recently inquired about getting medical positions in the US. Thank goodness we don't have the depressed medical wages that ensure the dominance of third world doctors in our practices and hospitals.
