You seem to have close ties with Turek. Is that correct?

You seem determined to defend him publicly without reservation.

I have no ties to any of the lawyers involved in the various lawsuits involving Turek. Do you?

OT: I suppose we can all just back off and let the liars malign PLNI and Turek, and Howe, and John, and Greenbay, and PWF till they overrun ever board with their mindless lies and drivel while we hide on a board that we can kick them off of.

That isn't my way. If it's a stand up fight... then fight it. If it's BS, then expose the BS. Ignoring a problem will not make it go away. Confront it with facts. Let eh facts fight the war.

If you don't stand for something... you'll fall for anything.

Why do you think Murphy's lawyers are so intent upon the patents when the assets alone will pay them off?

Given your Pacer subscription, can you cite a reference proving the above referenced claim of yours?

And then please explain how Murphy would be able to get his hands on said assets when Turek has a documented habit of not paying his bills? Recall Murphy already tried the forced auction route which precipitated the bankruptcy filing. And even if Turek freely handed over Pro-Mold, you are totally ignoring the liabilities that exceed the assets.

But, of course, the horse is already out of the barn so, as Scion wrote, let's deal in reality here.
