I pay for: your children to be educated, if your house catches on fire the folks that put it out, in some areas of the country your garbage to be picked up, the water that comes out of your faucet, snow removal depending on where you are located, your library, your police, your army in case we are invaded (or want to invade someone else), the roads you drive on, the people who inspect your food to make sure it's safe, etc etc etc. Health care is just another 'thing'. You can get emotional or ideological about it or you can analyze if is better and/or cheaper for the payment to be handled in the private or public sector. You want to discuss that? Fine.
