Well, to your credit and to say something nice, it's apparent you have no clue what BK is all about. Cheers to you on a personal level! <smile> However, bad for you, in biz degree "My First Finance 101 Class" regarding your money put into this venture. Liberal Arts degree? Or Sociology? BK doesn't pay bills (least of all, Turek's), nor is that its actual legal intent. It's simply a little pine tree shaped air freshener hanging from the car mirror that covers up a little of the stink. But, your buddy still barfed in the car and it'll still smell: "IMO, the BK court will ensure that Turek pays his bills. That is after all what a BK is all about..."
