Ah you noticed that. It had a problem of "massive recoil."

Apparently it takes 3 conscripts to fire it. One standing behind the other pushing.

It is believed the Pribor-3B cartridge ejection was behind the magazine area, The recoil force was high so the bolt traveled far back ejecting the spent cases downwards. This weapon is possible to have led to the AN-94 Assault Rifle currently in use by Russian Special Forces.
