Well, I can tell you about my neighbor, who is a second-generation Mexican American who runs a framing crew building houses. ALL his crew are illegals. Sometimes he loses them to other similar contractors that pay them more, and ifr the rest of his crews buddies can't replace them, he just has more come up from Mexico. He doesn't even LOOK or advertise for anyone else.
