I'm with you, Erik. Tom may join us, and possibly Rick, though he is subjectively 29 or 39. IJ is a grownup also, though probably on the contemplative side of 60, rather than the accomplished side.

To be serious, just for a moment -- be patient: psychoactive drugs produce subjectively different results in some older patients. My father-in-law, who lived with us during his last 4 years, became more agitated when given Paxil for agitation. His daughter's (psych major) response was that he was fighting the drug because it made him feel differently.
