And then when you play golf with a Shorty, he tells you that you are coddling your employees and you should make sure they are hungry and lean so they do a good job. And then he moans how he can't seem to hire anyone decent like you can, they are all slackers and won't do their jobs unless he stands over them and watch their every move.

And he never seems to understand the why behind it all...
