I was curious about the wind with that trailer. My son recently bought a 22 foot trailer and was cautioned by the dealer to be especially careful if towing in high cross winds. I recall a neighbor many years ago would park his trailer in his driveway in front of his house (I hated him for that). One day during a terrific wind I happened to see it rocking up off one wheel. All of a sudden it rolled over onto its side. He had to have all kinds of help to right it, then parked it at the side of his garage where it had some protection from future winds (and also was out of my sight).
