Are you really convinced the hovering barges will both work and get permitted?

I am withholding judgment for now.

Cheap? After their current heavily dilutive financing of over 400 million shares pushes the fully diluted share count over 550 million, RDV's fully diluted market cap is much higher than the NPV's from their feasibility study. Their poor economics and floating barge risk made it impossible for them to get financing on more favorable terms.

Even assuming their floating barge idea works and gets permitted, RDV does not look very cheap to me. The share price is low, but the number of shares is huge. IMO there are much cheaper zinc plays out there with much bigger upside and without the floating barge risk.
