I don't think the Dubai effort will worth that much.
They might be worth a lot as individual items with high margins, but it's not like there would be thousands of drills to be worked.

The key is the GM and Ford contracts. That would be thousands.

As for the 200m value. Notice over what period of time was left off. That could be 10 years. But regardless, it would be good to have 20m a year. But we need it to start don't we.

Private equity is all over the place. Except here. If ACHI had orders in hand to prove to angels or hedge; the money would have been there even if it was convertible.
That's why the jury is still out, much less if they ever convened.
