<<LOL! Actually they are for today - being late is my fault.>> Then I sure blew them today. Give me win the lottery tomorrow. Had bacon and eggs for dinner tonight. I've learned that if you cook bacon at 275 rather than 350 it cooks better and doesn't splatter. I hooked up the skillet and was opening the bacon package when my wife starts yelling at me for not having the splatter screen on the skillet. I always thought the meat went in and then the screen went over it.
