i was exaggerating. usually get a fast drop with change in diet and exercise then you level off and it becomes much slower , plus you build up some muscle. my point be happy, i think losing that much right away is great.

i lost about thirty pounds over three months a year ago. i had to in order get back strength and flexibility as a caregiver. gain back 15 pounds , no program but went back to old eating habits and no time for exercise. still a year later i holding off 15 pounds and i feel good.

next get back to exercise. my diet is balance just eat too much.
