We were just hearing stories about state of Washington real estate that were like CD's there, not Seattle but the islands and out on the peninsula, things rolling right along, prices not rising as much as in previous years but not falling at all either ... BC much the same, in our area anyway, two guys i know in the business are not doing what they could because they're hard up for listings, people are moving in more than people are moving out ... one of them says Dodge is set to raise rates and that may stimulate some listings, but not in the high end which he prefers usa.v - nice move friday ... you've had a fine couple of weeks with the sns.v and wgi.to too, good show, i've got some of each, more of the Western G than the others, definitely like the risk/reward balance there ... not as eager to off the usa.v this time round, think its next moves will be more sustainable than the last
