If its in a public court filing...she's not covert Are you serious with this? The filing establishes that Plame, according to the CIA, was indeed covert at the time she was outed. Obviously, after she was outed, at the time of the filing, she was no longer covert. And the filing itself is a declassified version of a classified document. Do yourself a favor, read it before you say anything else because you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Reading it would help you realize that the "Plame was not covert" talking point is nonsense, and in fact a lie. furthermore, NO ONE was charged with outing a covert agent... Another talking point. At least this one is true. But it's also true Bill Clinton was never charged with anything, period. After years of investigating him, spending millions of dollars, thousands of man hours, not a single charge, not a single plea. That's a fact too. Do you only apply your principles some of the time? To some of the people? SD
