You forgot that in old Egypt they were performing brain surgery thousands of years before that.

Hollowing out skulls is not exactly brain surgery.

They were not Muslims, Mohammed and his "small fraction only" sicko followers hadn't been invented as yet.

Nonetheless, what we call modern science began with Muslims in Baghdad.
